About Campus life
Anhui Medical University consists of a Main Campus & the Southern Campus; both together cover an area of 860000 sq m. The University is located in Hefei which is a famous historical & cultural city. The University has a complete system to support bachelors, masters, doctor & post doctorate training. The campus life in Anhui Med Univ is famous for the diverse activities that students engage in. It attaches great importance to the maintenance of the University culture as a means of bonding between the teachers and students. Over the years, numerous cultural fests have been organized. Apart from refreshing cultural events, the students get to actively participate in students’ administration. Regular peaceful elections are conducted resulting in creation of new leadership collectives from time to time.

The international dormitory for international students has a 7 storey building. On the ground floor, you have the entrance gate guarded by security professionals and CCTV cameras. Past the entance gate, you have a lobby area with a seating capacity of 6-7 people. Although every room in the hostel building has an attached toilet, there are general toilets present on each floor of the building for public convenience. The kitchen is located on the ground floor as well. Inside the kitchen, there are induction stoves so the students can have a convenient cooking experience. The rooms of the hostel are laden with amenities like beds, mattresses, pillows, wardrobes, study tables, etc. in accordance with the room occupancy. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate other essential articles that students generally bring in with themselves like refrigerator, shoe rack, gym equipments, etc. On every alternate floor, there are laundry services available which are chargeable. There is availability of drinkable water which is again chargeable. The hostel is outfitted with internet facilities as well. Besides, the University cater to the physical development of students and in that pursuit, they have built basketball courts, football fields, running tracks, etc.
