Aarogya Setu App is a mobile tracking app for COVID-19 pandemic. The application was developed by the National Information centre (NIC) under the Ministry of Electronics and information technology government of India. According to the government officials the app is for medical screening for all people who are coming back to India. Government has kept it mandatory for COVID-19 foreign passengers who are coming back to India. As soon as people from abroad enter in India they should have the Aarogya Setu App compulsory in their mobile, so that it can be easy for the medical team to know the situation of every person returning to COVID-19 India.
Government of India has announced for the COVID-19 passengers to follow the protocol of Aarogya Setu App. The App can determine the risk if one has been near (within six feet of) COVID-19 infected person.
