"Established in the year 1921, National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya was named after M.I. Pirogov and later in the year 1984 he was rewarded as the order of honor. It was since the year 1994 that National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya has been accredited to 4th level and has also been granted the national status of university.
Moreover in 2002, it was awarded with the diplomas of Verkhovna rada of Ukraine and cabinet of ministers of Ukraine. At present, it carries the training of specialists in 53 chairs and these chairs are where the competent scientific- pedagogical staff works."

"National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya is well regarded as a medical institute which has its traditions in research activities and educational conducts. To be precise, it can be called as an organization of the student’s leisure relation with the grads of the university. In addition to this, the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya has 3 educational buildings fully furnished with modern equipment, over 780 computers, modern technologies, and internet facilities.
Additionally, the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya has its own printing house and a huge library which has over 500, 000 books."

The campus has a safe and secure hostel accommodation for the students. To be exact, there are 5 student dormitories at Vinnytsya National Pirogov Medical University which has the capacity of over 3000 beds. However, 1 dormitory is dedicated for faculty of post graduate education. Each of its hostels is fully furnished, comfortable and well-ventilated. Furthermore, you have the option of twin and triple sharing where you get a common shower room and washroom.
Not only this, there are also reading rooms at the hostel of Vinnytsya National Pirogov Medical University for preparing the students for researches and studies. In addition to this, there are 2 sports and health complexes located on the black sea and southern bug river (for up to 200 people) and one sanatorium that can accommodate up to 50 people. Speaking of the food, there are also student cafes, 5 buffets and 4 canteens that offer all the necessary catering services (including Indian food) at the campus.
