"Poltava state medical university" earlier known as Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy which is located in Poltava, Ukraine. It was founded in the year 1921 and it offers courses for medicine, nursing, and dentistry in English. Additionally, it is granted with the 6th level of accreditation in the Ukrainian region. Moreover, because of its low surgical death rate, Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy, Poltava is rewarded with the title of PSMU (Poltava state medical university).
In addition to this, it occupies 16 buildings which include 4 dormitories, 5 buildings, a vivarium, household enclosures, reading rooms, a library, hangars, a library, a dining room, a café, and a health & sports camp."

About Campus life
"Poltava state medical university", Poltava has 6 faculties in total and has a preparatory department for foreign students in Ukraine. Furthermore, it conducts courses varying from 2 – 6 years in the stream of medicine, oral surgery, pediatrics, pharmacy, maxillofacial surgery and medical nursing.
Rendering courses from graduate level to masters, Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy, Poltava also provides clinical and consulting work which is carried out at 35 clinical chairs, situated in both regional and city medical institutions."

Hostel and facilities
Just like other universities in Ukraine, Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy too possesses an outstanding system of hostel accommodation. The rooms are very well equipped with all the basic amenities like two side tables, one cupboard per room, mattresses, blanket, pillow, beds, 1 chair, and one table. However, rooms here are available on a twin sharing and triple sharing basis with an apartment-like structure. Also, if you feel like you can cook your own food in the kitchen allotted.
All rooms are centrally air-conditioned (heated) with a weekly change cycle of pillowcase and bed sheets. The hostel authorities make you sign this contract annually where you abide by the rules mentioned. For instance: the gates will be closed at 11:00 pm daily so you have to be inside the hostel before the same.
Particularly speaking about Indian students, the university has arrangements for Indian food so you don’t need to bother yourself at all. In fact, there are also facilities like recreation and internet which makes the campus life fun-filled for you.
