Islami Bank Medical College believes the students should not just do well at academics but also engage in sport and cultural activities that have many benefits from ensuring the students’ physically fitness to keeping their minds fresh! Therefore, the medical college supports its belief by organizing events periodically and encourages students to demonstrate full participation in these events which reflects unison among all students and inevitably, cheer up the spirit of such extracurricular activities. The campus of the college has greenery all over which undoubtedly brings about a positive vibe throughout the campus and in one or the other way, helps in creation of a suitable environment for students to learn.

The Islami Bank Medical College Student Hostel is a 6 storied building that provides accommodation to the students. There are also a handful of off campus accommodation options available for students which are situated within walking distance from the College. The on campus accommodation consists of all the necessary facilities for a student to live a decent lifestyle throughout their curriculum of 5 years. Within a few steps from the hostel building is located a canteen where students can have their meals. Besides the hostel building is a playground which the students can visit for various purposes: To play some outdoor sports with their friends, or take a morning/evening walk, or relax with their friends.
