The International Medical College and Hospital were established with an aim similar to that of any brilliant medical college in Bangladesh i.e. to provide the students with the finest standards of medical education and help the nation produce outstanding medical professionals. The college came into existence in year 2000. Ever since its inception, the College has grown by leaps and bounds and it is the result of the profound efforts of the faculty, students, administration, etc. of nearly 2 decades that the college is now recognized for its academic excellence and dedicated services. The college welcomes students from Bangladesh and other countries and provides them with a very congenial environment to proceed with their studies. The hospital on the other hand is a 650 bedded multidisciplinary hospital and well equipped with demonstration rooms, automation room, modern laboratories, etc.  

 

               The International Medical College is located as less as 22 kilometers away from the capital city of Bangladesh, Dhaka. The College is located on the outskirts of Tongi. The college is also within close proximity to Hazrat Shahjalal international Airport and the distance could be covered in just half an hour. Likewise, railway stations and bus terminals are easily accessible through the International Medical College.
