The Master’s program (MS in Germany in Mechanical Engineering, MS in Germany Automobile engineering etc.) would be only for 2 years after completion of the Bachelor while the basic language level has to be “C1”.

The costs are calculated at 1 EURO = 72 INR and it generally varies within +/- 5% range.
The total cost to study in Germany at a top ranked German government university, for 5 years of Bachelor level is only Rs. 13,50,000. The cost of It is definitely a smart decision since an engineering degree program from a B / C grade private engineering college from India would cost you almost the same if you add the tuition fees, hostel accommodation and living costs.

It is not an easy task for the students to get the Visa since there are rejections due to the very methodical manner in which the whole system works. A lot of documentations need to be done and preparations have to be completed before arranging the Visa interview. Even after the interview, it takes 4-12 weeks to get the Visa stamped on the passport.
