NEET 2018 – Qualifying NEET & Merit List: Eligibility for Admission
First of all, you should know that based on the Eligibility Criteria provided by MCI (Medical) & DCI (Dental), CBSE will prepare an All India Merit List.
Hence, the Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
For admission to MBBS/BDS courses, you must have scored 50th Percentile (Minimum) in NEET 2018 Exam.
While for the SC/ST/OBC candidates, it is the 40th Percentile.
Finally, for the aspirants with Bench Marked Disabilities, it is 45th Percentile for General category. While, for such aspirants from SC/ST/OBC, it is the 40th Percentile.
In case, number of candidates securing minimum marks required in NEET 2018 exam is not enough, GOI along with MCI and DCI may lower the minimum marks which will be for 2018 only.

CBSE will prepare the merit list of the selected candidates based on their score in NEET 2018 exam.
NEET 2018 – Qualifying NEET & Merit List- Tie-Breaker – INTER-SE-MERIT:
Especially relevant, two or more aspirants acquire equal score in the NEET 2018 exam, the board will give inter-se-merit in the following order of prefers.
Higher marks in biology (botany and zoology) >
Higher marks in chemistry >
Lesser number of wrong attempts >
NEET 2018 – Qualifying NEET & Merit List: MERIT LIST UNDER 15% ALL INDIA QUOTA
As for the government seats, the board will fill the 15% quota of Indian seats based on NEET 2018 exam scores.

CBSE will provide all India rank which will go to the DGHS, MFHW, GOI (visit www.mohfw.ni.in)
Admitting authorities will invite examinees on the basis of merit list.
